Employees whose clothes are stained with oil or dangerous chemicals should immediately wash or change their clothes and wash the parts of the body that were in contact with suitable detergents.
None of the employees have the right to approach fire, flame and other heat sources with clothes stained with oil or chemical substances, or light matches, lighters, etc.
Note 2: If theworking clothes are torn, damaged, or contaminated with dangerous petroleum or chemical substances, you should take action to clean them, and if you need to replace them, they should be presented to the relevant supervisor.
Note 3: Clothing stained with oil or grease should be removed immediately because it may cause skin discomfort.
Logos and signs of work clothes:
1. The shape of the logo is an equilateral triangle with the symbol of the Ministry of Oil at the top and the name of the company below it.
2. The background color of the logo must be clear to identify different units.
3. The size of the logo is an equilateral triangle equal to 7 cm.
4. The material of the logo should be prepared using high quality and stable silk screen printing with the specified colors on the fabric.
5. The logo installation place is on the upper left pocket of the work clothes.
Material of work clothes:
1. The material of the fabric, according to the working conditions and the necessity of the appearance of the clothes, in terms of resistance to wrinkling and the absence of static electricity from a mixture of about 70% cotton and 30% polyester with a weight of 320 gr/m2 to 420 gr/m2 and with Pay attention to climatic conditions and different seasons.
In situations where there is a possibility of burning the work clothes due to spilling of pleats or under the influence of high heat (such as welding work clothes), the material of the work clothes should be 90% cotton.
2. For greater strength, fabric with high density (2 threads and one weft) and 40 dula ring thread should be used.
3. Reactive dyes should be used in fabric dyeing in order to make the color last longer and to prevent dyeing of the fabric after washing, as well as to prevent the fabric from drying out.
4. By choosing high quality fabric, using strong stitching and dubbing the seams, durable work clothes can be produced.
5. Using the appropriate pattern, the work clothes should be stylish and well tailored and should be made in standard sizes.
